OVERVIEW

Hotel Apps provide online, email and telephone booking services, using our websites, via affiliate websites or email or using our telecoms services.

Our terms and conditions as described in this document apply to all of our products and booking services, either online, by email or over the phone, via any device or operating system.

When using our services you are subject to the terms and conditions specified in this document as well as the terms and conditions of the accommodation provider with whom you are booking.

Any information provided by you can be passed to the accommodation provider, via email, phone or our online systems.

It is illegal to replicate data provided by us, web pages or any content of our websites or affiliate application designs, in any form, commercial or otherwise.

DISCLAIMER

Hotel Apps cannot be held liable for any technical issues, or data inaccuracies, although we will at all times try to ensure that information is correct and up to date. If it transpires that inaccurate information has been provided we reserve the Similarly if the accomodation provider makes it know that prices are incorrect or availability has changed for any reason, be this a due to a diary mistake or oversight, or a technical issue, or the accommdation provider choosing to close or due to any other eventuality, Hotel Apps cannot be held liable in any way. In these cases Hotel Apps will try to help the booker/customer, either by finding alternative accommodation or by refunding any monies paid. Hotel Apps cannot be held liable for any services, or lack or shortfall of services, provided by the accommodation provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of booking you will be requested to agree to terms and conditions specific to the accommodation provider, including their cancellation policy, any subsequent charges or refunds.
